Biscoff Banana Pudding

In a bowl, combine the condensed milk and milk, whisk until fully combined.

Add the packs of vanilla pudding mix to the same bowl and mix with a mixer until the mixture thickens mix until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.

In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chilled pudding mixture.

Slice the bananas. In a serving dish, start with a layer of the pudding mixture, then add banana cookies, Biscoff cookies, banana slices, and a drizzle of Biscoff spread. Repeat the layers in the same order until all the ingredients are used. Finish with pudding on top. Drizzle more Biscoff spread and use a skewer to create gentle swirls.

Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours. Before serving, optionally decorate with extra cookies or banana slices.
